Tuxtla Gas Engineering Ltd. is a consulting engineering company founded in 1966 by Lyn Rohloff and Wally Palmer, two of the first natural gas engineers in Canada. They established a reputation for intelligent and thorough design and the current staff is focused on maintaining this legacy.

Tuxtla is based in Calgary, Alberta and has completed oil and gas facility projects in Alberta, British Columbia, Saskatchewan and Manitoba, Montana and Wyoming. Our staff have backgrounds with producing and midstream companies as well as large and small engineering companies. We offer expertise in:

 project management

 process and pipeline studies

 gas plants

 oil batteries and test satellites

 compressor stations

 pipelines and wellsite tie-ins

 drafting / piping system design

Tuxtla is focused on quick but thorough project execution, keeping a smaller staff (typically less than 30 people) with average industry experience over 20 years each. We work for both large and small producers that require oil and gas facilities to be designed and brought on in a safe, cost effective and timely manner.
